I posted an Enicar single crown SC diver on Longines Nautilus thread, same 'family' as the 8953 (though the 8953 is smaller) and the larger Deep Diver single crowns.

Glad you enjoyed the ads. I love the old GP diving watches. There are many beautiful vintage GPs actually. Don't you wish you had a time machine, so you could go back to the 60s and buy a brand new GP for around $70 like the ad states? LOL! Oh, how I wish...

8953 is the smaller diver. 8867 is 39mm; 8953 is 30mm. Both are gorgeous watches with similar looks. I see them come up from time to time, but often the bezels are not in good shape. Hopefully, you will find a clean example and share it with us! Replacing...

Vintage ads are such great....

What is nice with this kind of Vintage watches is that you bought it JUST because you love it. Which is not always the case with some " Hype " Vintage watches, and I wouln't specially mentiion Omega, even if the brand is also touched by fakes or frankenwa...

Do you have a shot of the caseback on your watch?
The ref. number you previously provided, 7006/M3246BR18, doesn't correspond to a Deep Diver, but another GP dress watch. Can you please provide a photo of the caseback or look in between the lugs and provide the numbers, if any, found in those spots? Than...
