I think Girard Perregaux is another one of those very under appreciated brands for what they actually deliver and that has so much great history to look back at, Personally I find these older style GP's to be quite beautiful and functional and this one is... 

I totally agree. This is my 3rd after two 4940 which I believe have identical cases. The quality is unquestionable and 38mm is just perfect. I’ll get round to taking some shots of case profile and the exhibition back.

Makes them more collectible when they are rare. 🙂 🤝
