NB re your comments about Ferrari badge etc and the halo effect of the associated brands, I would say that I consider myself a watch fan and to give an idea of what attracts me, I am the proud owner of amongst others a Blancpain. I aquired my first GP this year.
You may be pleased to know that I desired a GP because it is a GP!, not because of asscociation with a car maunfacturer. In fact my GP is a BMW oracle racing model but if BMW had been emblazened on the Dial I would not have chosen the watch. This isn't because I prefer Mercedes Benz (which I do!) but because I like many others on this forum I imagine, value the watchmakers heritage.
May GP go from strength to strength.
