I agree with Mr. Stefano Macaluso that Girard-Perregaux needs to increase its marketing and brand awareness. Of the top brands, GP is one that doesn't get much chatter or publicity IMO. GP has all the requirements to become a huge, successful, and popular... 

We often get over-marketing in the watch industry, but these are the products that well deserve it. Thanks Anthony.

You are right, a strong backbone in movement making is very important for the long term prestige and survival of a watch company. Hope GP will get more recognition going forward.

so I guess GP are still following their own tag line of "watches for the few". I just hope it's the right approach when re-introducing the brand in the US and especially during current economic conditions.
