So, the SIZE of these 12 indices has NO FUNCTION. I'm surprised they were not designed to show DEAD CENTRE at each five units of the minute & seconds hands. As they are, their size is random and inefficient.

1) This is one of my favorite GOs. 2) It's odd that the lume is beige in the light and blue in the dark.

the chapter ring is totally clean. Maybe you mean the one at the dial? I believe that i just a marker for each 5 minutes.
