I have not been coy at all! Yes, I want wanted this piece and committed to my AD from the beginning. I was originally told October, then November. Then the official rollout in which only "select" ADs would have the watch, and I would have to wait until January. I was a bit frustrated as this is a huge purchase for me, and my first Glashutte, and I have been very enthusiastic about it and that took some of the wind out of the sails for me. I would have preferred the distribution accommodate those sold orders rather than stock select jewelers for the holidays.
Nonetheless, even as that still bothers me in theory, and I find it to be a rather poorly created marketing scheme, I LOVE the watch. Happy to officially join the Glashutte family. Much more, with Purists-only photos later.
