. . . of the Senators on your list. As for color schemes, the guilloche silver is probably the most distinguished dial available, but that's just my opinion. I can't remember the last time I had to wear a suit and tie, so I can indulge in my preference for a rugged appearance in most watches; I had the opportunity to buy the fabled limited edition steel Navigator Perpetual three years ago but went for the grey-dial Karree perpetual instead . . . no regrets, but my tastes are definitely less finicky than most when it comes to dress watches, and I could wear the anthracite dial Senators just as confdently as the silver dial versions, and more comfortably, too. accross the spectrum of my PG 2nd close choice would be the sport evolution, black dial (Jocke your pix rock!)
The dateless Navigator is my favorite of the . . .
. . . cal 100 equipped G O's so far, and is perhaps the only large watch that I can wear comfortably because the various factors in it's design - brushed finish, densely populated matte dial, and drab brown strap - draw attention away from it's bulky dime...

the reason for the no date version is , other than price, is that the dial is more sporty and fit better IMO the case. the date version is more pure (very beuatiful) maybe too pure for a pilot rough watch. i don't know why my name is not showing, can anyo...

. . . the current cal 100 Senators, and not the previous cal 39 models . . . please correct me if I'm mistaken. The current Senators have a more refined appearance, and would nicely balance the casual look of your Panodate, especially for formal occasions...

And frankly I'm not a big fan of the caliber 39 senators... (Nor I dislike them). My current intentions are to wear it as little as possible, I feel that my PMD fits always, to any occasion and with any clothes and I like it's "stealthiness"... if you kno...
