My favorites are the 1815 Up/Down, the CdV 1955, and the Reverso Tribute Chronograph, which is borderline almost too long for my wrist. It’s also quite thick.
I love that Laureato Chrono as well. But it wears large due to the manner in which the lugs flare out. Eventually, I will add the white dial Speedy.
They did have the IWC Portugieser Perpetual Calendars in the display case. I remember seeing the Dune color. But I was laser-focused on seeing the new Portugieser Automatics.

The CdV 1955 is absolutely stunning in the flesh, min ami!
I never realized the touches of red and the sky blue color on the dial. They’re very subtle, but work quite remarkably well! The 1815 Up/Down has been a dream for too long. I may have to address this! Merci, mon ami!🥂

What a fun quest! Question - did you see the portugieser 40 auto in horizon blue? That has been on my mind a lot. I like the 40mm and big sub seconds. I wish a little thinner (11.8 IIRC)- but I guess same as a gmt🤷♂️ the 1921 always looks good too. ...
Yes! Both IWC Boutique had the Portugieser 40mm in Horizon Blue in their display cases.
But, like I mentioned to Jon, I was laser-focused on seeing the new Portugieser Automatics. I absolutely love the 1815 Up/Down. That one has been tugging at my heart for years now. This may be the year to make it a reality . . . Thanks, my friend!🥂

I know you mean the classic up/down 7 day power reserve. Interesting the duometre and portugieser is already out... that's how it should be 👍

There are two ADs in Boston and they each had one available the last time I visited. I absolutely love their collaboration with Wempe. That would have been an easy decision for me if they could make it 40mm! Enjoy this beauty!🥂
