Agreed.
To be honest, this is fighting it out for a spot with a Genta Retro MoP dial at some point, for broadly similar money (I quite want one Genta piece and don’t love the designs for the big houses he did - except maybe the Polerouter or the Pasha - but neither is massively my style). That would mean going even smaller (which I’m fine with) and I do like the guilloché MoP dials…..

I am also a big fan of the "old days" Chronoswiss design. But some of their newer designs are not bad either.

I do wear it a lot (keeping in mind I have a good sized collection). I never felt it to wear large. It’s neither thick nor thin. It’s a very accurate machine. I prefer the two tone as I think it highlights the double coin edge work. I like that it’s brush...

And I’m glad I could give you a clearer picture. I really would go for a two tone over solid steel or gold. It really does add to the overall aesthetics (coming from someone who generally doesn’t like two tone)

This is a 38mm case which is remarkable considering that IWC was pumping out 44-45mm cases and everyone was going large. The whole package is intentional

I like everything about Chronoswiss watches except the onion crown.
I just never have liked that design on any watch. When I first started collecting I looked at them all the time. Couldn’t get past it.
The idea bothered me too

I love the dial, but it is stamped. From my understanding and not hand cut. This does not take away from the appearance but more a technical point.
My understanding was always that all Chronoswiss dials are made with hand cut guilloche.
I could however be wrong ...
You’re right - they were stamped (this was asked on here in 2017 and someone got confirmation from CW themselves I believe)
