Between the two I'd probably choose the Breguet as well.
That's mostly based on the looks, and I'm also assuming the Breguet you would be getting new while this JLC model is older. However, I think the overall finishing on the JLC is greater considering the engraving+skeletonization. The Breguet has some nice finishing as well such as the black polished screws, anglage, and guilloche dial. But fully engraved and skeletonized watches are a rare thing. Both would be great choices and you can't go wrong either way!
