It very interesting reading your point of view from the engine room. All very valid points and easy for me to oversee from the 'passenger seat'.
Besides all these reviews (not the exclusivity of Moderators, mind you) it is the spontaneous sharing of information and and of opinion that makes those watch fora and websites so special. I have myself been several times the beneficiary of help, advise and more from one or another moderator. There is no doubts what'so ever that you guys go the extra mile to help and please.
