I have this exact watch and it’s a 10/10 for me and really made me question the value of my Rolexes omegas and even tudors. Are applied incidices and lacquered dials worth 5x to 10x the price ? I never particularly liked applied markers and think the 1016 looks cooler than the 124270. Ultimately when I wear the Nivada depthmaster I feel like an ISTP badass whereas a rolex Daytona screams I am an ISTJ normie
Oddly, while Nivada makes me feel like I got ripped off by some brands marketing and product placement, I still feel like H moser, which is objectively more expensive than rolex, offers subjectively better value. wearing moser is INTP

So... I've wanted this watch ever since I first saw it...but vintage examples were out of my $ range. PLUS...I really wanted a Depthmaster that I could be confident of it's waterproof-ness. (Depthmaster...get it...?) THEN Nivada came out with the reissue....
What...like me 1000 meters underwater!?!
