Discontinued watches
Hi PP,
I have seen watches being sold in Authorized Dealers at least 3 or 4 years after they were discontinued. Some of these have been with significant discount during sales and have clearly been watches that were hard to move, for whatever reason. I am not sure it would specifically raise the attention of the Manufacture if it was returned for service.

Whether you buy it from a AD or otherwise, you only date it when your watch needs to be sent to the brand for service. No inconsistency here. Even if the Brand has stopped sending the modal, the fact is that it is an old stock. The brand can't reject that...
