HU-01 that draws inspiration from the humble Calatrava...
Back in November last year, I had come across a microbrand which was debuting a pair of Calatrava inspired watches. This was also covered by Monochrome article here. 
While I had really liked both black and white dials, I was also offered the opportunity to purchase one of the salmon dials. I couldn't say no. Call it a modern Calatrava (perhaps... an homage to the 570?), with good proportions (would be better in 34mm), well finished, decent caliber fitted (Peseux ETA 7001) and priced for accessibility. Oh, and something I could easily wear day in and day out.

I could not decide between the white or black
so I ordered both and they are scheduled to arrive next week. Yours looks good on your wrist even at 36mm. ...

Curiously, since we are in the same region, I'm surprised yours is taking a little longer to arrive. Regardless, I am sure you will enjoy -- please share pics when they arrive!
The fact that you have been allocated a salmon piece
which was not even officially launched shows that you are some kind of VVIP! Us plebians have to wait longer for our common pieces )

Something different from my usual, but I think will work for me (and also in a colour I've always wanted, but could never afford... IYKYK).
