Horological Meandering

I've been drinking that Tiefenbrunner at a local restaurant in Sydney where it's available

 

by the glass, and I actually find it to be pretty damn refreshing.

I think there's a place for relatively simple whites like this, especially with spicier food.

Interesting that it had opened up after such a long time. I would have expected vinegar after that long an exposure to room/fridge air.
