I am at the same crossroads as you...
5970P is the answer IMO. I've collected for 25 years now, and I also have a 19cm wrist. At this moment, I'm over the endless consumerism that's prevalent in our hobby; thus, I'm downsizing to a focused collection with the 5970P being my exit piece. I also considered the 5004P like you, but the 5970P wears better. If possible, I wouldn't sell the 993 Turbo, as it's an longterm ascending classic. I collect several other things, and the lesson I learned is to always pursue beauty and quality. I know both are subjective, but the 5970P and 993 Turbo meet those standards in spades.

I can only give you my perspective..
I have both the 5070r and 5970g..Both watches wear smaller than their actual size, becoz of their thick bezel and lugs shape.. and lug to lug they are only 48mm and 46mm respectively.. for your wrist size, the 5070 would be a better fit Both have gorgeous...

Only you can answer to these questions. Personally, I would go for the 5970P, but do it only if you are 1000% sure it is worth it, according to you. In case of doubt, the " mid way " 5070J is an excellent alternative. Best, Nicolas
