Started to be too much. Several warnings have been addressed to this member, but alas he didn't take them seriously and went on " polluting " our home in such a tasteless way that we couldn't tolerate this anymore. It was a sad but mandatory decision fo t...

It was taken by myself a year or two ago in a setting owned by a member and contributor. It's the closest thing I could find to the context we want to have here, and I commend him on his formation of a physical business and environment that embodies what ...

PS- I’m not happy about people been banned but I agree wholeheartedly with the decision to ban someone who has been advised and nevertheless kept posting the same obnoxious post over and over. And please let us know about upcoming gtg as I might just show...

So watchprosite is on control. Opinions vary from person to person. I am not here for discussions. I am here to enjoy watches with other members.

It’s all about watches and their histories. That is what has kept me coming back for many years. And many more to come I am sure.

this should be a wonderful and informative forum. I have met in person one member in Tokyo and it was thoroughly fun!!! I agree that it was getting tedious with some posts....since I am a new member this past year I was very poliyrly informed when I poste...

It’s not ideal when people need to be banned but that’s a decision to be made by management and moderators in the best interests of the community as a whole. Sometimes there is no debate about these offenses and resulting repercussions and sometimes it’s ... 

Meeting up for lunch and posting pictures does not require pre-approval.

Gratitude for managing this situation (inappropriate posts, or posts not for the good of all) with integrity and conviction. I do not post a lot, but I visit the site multiple times daily and I am enriched in my knowledge of, and appreciation for, watches... 

to myself (or relayed elsewhere). Thank you for this reminder of why this is SUCH a specail site! What I realize is that I love watches and photography, music, travel, culture... ok maybe beer more than wine ... ;-) ... and this is the best place I've eve... 

Perhaps in in USA in a central location like Chicago and another in a European location like Paris. I am from the Boston are and would very much like to attend events like this. It would be nice to meet people in the forum.

If it is the member that bombarded the forum with multiple repetitive posts daily and talked about his Dickensian origins, then I feel relieved that he is gone. It had become tedious.
