I just squeezed it in there...
There's a slight pinch, but you can't see it thanks to the overhanging shroud. A friend of mine shaved his down a bit, but frankly, I don't find that step to be necessary (also, I use the strap occasionally with my PAM 243, so I had added incentive to leave my Isofrane alone). The Ted Su, on the other hand, does need to be notched in order to fit, but you can order it that way from Ted.
