The problem with these Superocean ( time only and chrono ) is the concave bezel... I will explain that on my review to soon come on the Chrono. A for the 5508....
No gilt dial is not a good idea. No need for underline and dot at 6, but a gilt is mandatory.

The dial and concave bezel make the watch, but the stepped rotor was very unexpected and cool
I wasn't aware of this watch until the current reissue came out. I didn't understand the concave bezel but thought it was unique and interesting. I would probably own one if it had a proper
screw in crown. What a great collection of early divers you have Nico!
