Of course, I would have chosen one of the Cartier Mysterious watches if it was a 2013 Fantasy List. 
But then, I would have been shot down by the people who complaint that PuristS only buy expensive watches.
In a money-no-object world and for a Cartier timepiece really more Art than watch........

The Chopard is particularly interesting of a choice. Truly a superb concept. My personal favorite choice of the year was something a bit more affordable, but still more than an indulging. Available only in platinum, the Master Ultra Thin Jubilee by Jaeger...
