Mind boggling ignorance of their product
Upon doing my research on the Breitling Navitimer A35330 I found out that this was 2003-4 special -honoring 100 year of powered flight. It had a ETA 2892A2 movement and it was a FLYBACK. That’s a big deal to any watch enthusiast -it’s cool feature -it’s worth more -it differentiates your watch from other chronographs!
There are currently on eBay 8 (eight) of these -all dealers -not one knows and has listed that they are selling a FLYBACK! Also, couple have the size of the case wrong.

The 'B' logo on the chrono hand makes it a no for me...

Maybe Breitling itself? 😅 No wording what so ever not on front (dial) nor on the back! It is a special movement indeed - well rather DD module on ordinary ETA2892 (although with Breitling typical Chronometer grading) -, as it just counts the first 10min. ...

you would think Breitling would have some mention somewhere on the watch. I think the chronograph is not a modular as the pushers line up with the crown ...
It is a DD module, yes.
If you draw a line from pusher to pusher, you know what I mean…

Any indication of a dealer/seller not knowing what they are selling is always a risk, as is buying from certain places. Again a very cool timepiece!

I hate to give the old "if only it didn't have a date window" spiel but that would make it super convincing. In any case, that's a beautiful Flyback Navitimer! As a B person myself I don't mind the B counterbalance😊

Ya can’t get everything -actually the only thing that I wish it had was the modern 70 hour power reserve -I have two watches that have it and for me it’s important!
Maybe they're just overwhelmed by the sheer volume of numbers on those dials.
But all the better for those that know...ya know what I mean???

Slightly off topic but a highly relevant celebration. It was a beautiful cool blue sky day with little wind everywhere in the UK. Four pilots including me decided we should celebrate 100 years of powered flight, so we each flew a Piper PA28 in a formation...
