These watches are not for everyone, I am appreciate everyone sharing their comments. My hopes are that these IJN Weems become more well known.

I believe it was sold in NY this year. It doesn’t have the Japanese markings on the back though but looks similar to yours.

Ah okay, the large 47mm Weems was made for many decades in small batches for many countries and customers. Ones with military markings is extremely rare. I am only aware of the USA and Japan having marked there issued Weems. About 22 exist in total for al...
