The new offerings from Richemont (VC) don't particularly interest me. The time/date Overseas is quite redundant with my AP 15400 (although it is more water resistant) and the Chronograph is not something I am interested now that I have the ceramic BP Bathyscaphe chrono. The only watches that I am currently remotely interested in are:
- maybe a Breguet Marine 5817,
- perhaps a high-beat Grand Seiko (no-lume),
- a Patek Aquanaut 5164 (some questions),
- a Rolex Day-Date 40mm in WG (closed back, not high horology) or
- perhaps the existing VC Overseas Dual Time (closed back, ease of use?).
Perhaps Baselworld will change this....
