As someone who has just been told I have a 6 month wait for my watch to be repaired (i've waited 10 weeks to hear it), I would LOVE to have somewhere to air my opinions, but I fear the only people reading would be other unfortunate souls like myself!
The fact of the matter is, the after sales service of 90% of our beloved watch companies is disgustingly inadequate. It seems the more you pay for a watch, the worse your experience will be should anything go wrong with it. Simply unacceptable.
I'm sure we've all at one time or another emailed one of the big brands comlpaining about our treatment and what's changed? Nothing!
Unfortunately I don't have the solution, but I don't think this is it either. I think if we all posted our experiences (good or bad) in the relevant brand forums as we have on occassion in the past, then perhaps the right people will read it, potential customers.
