I suggest in addition to the advice, you contact your bank also (you probably have done) to see if there is anything they can also do to reclaim the funds. The chances are they have gone out of this mystery account, but doesn't cost anything to try.
Its too late for this deal but the problem is that there are so many fraudsters on the internet that it is difficult to know who are and who are genuine, but it is often about the way the deal is conducted and the best ever price is often an indication that something might be going on. The advice I always stuck to is to buy the seller... if you trust them then you will have no problems. I have been lead down the path a few times with sellers, but when I ask for references they come up with email addresses... I want references from known guys on here who have a reputation and that I know will tell me if it went well or not.

Thanks. That was my plan of action. The user is still in contact with me via email. I'm surprised the mods aren't more vigilant about scam posters. I've seen quite a few, but only the most obvious seem to be removed.

Really sorry. He/she also tried to F***** me with the same process for a 5712 Patek. He/she provided me some pictures but without serial numbers, gave me some recommendations. For you, the name used for the bank wire is "Diane L. Clark" so avoid!!!
