Horological Meandering

Thanks for the encouragement, it's not easy to be a watch lunatic.

For example,

I even thought briefly this morning about selling some, and I put a group together that were "on the block".

As I went through looking them up on the Internet to price them, I thought "no, this was an unusual movement" and "no, this has a beautiful case" and "no, a girl my wife gave me this". and "no, this is high-end quartz and 15 seconds accuracy a year!"

Sigh. That's how you get 100 watches.

"No, this is a limited edition number 101 of 200 with a tweaked 2892 and a gold rotor and titanium case and small seconds. Arabic dial, readable numerals!
It's irreplaceable! I'd better wind it up and wear it, hadn't I?
"  ...   "oh look - a nice screw-down crown too! and 10 bar water resist AND a Sinn shark strap!"

Look - these two watches are nothing alike - each one is totally unique, isn't it? (Help me boys and girls, say Yes)

And that's how you KEEP 100 watches.
