It is my one and only Rado, though some of their other designs have caught my eye over the years.
This one seems to be rather uncommon. The case is 35.5mm excluding the semi-recessed crown, and, interestingly, has a bayonet-style screw back. The movement is a Rado 30j automatic (shown below), and appears to be of fairly good quality, though I'm not sure of the caliber.
There was also a black dial version with gold electroplated markers in a more traditional case, but I much prefer this one.

Never seen a strap like that before...
What is it? Metal mesh? Metal coated fabric? And the clasp! Truly amazing! A whole generation of industrial designers should bow their heads in reverence for just the strap of this watch...

Imperial Wedding 50th anniversary commemoration
Accorrding to my research on the net, it was produced in November of 1973 to commemorate the 50 th wedding ann. of Emperor Hiroshito who was the last Japanese emperor of Showa dynasty. The kanji character on the dial means " longevity".
