I guess there are 88 of them floating around out there in the white dial and only 8 in the black dial. Tony

JD a little better too but I have to say that the asymmetrical bezel on the Marine really grows on you. The other watch that I had with a curved case was a Ulysse Nardin Macho Palladium. It's kind of strange to look down at your wrist at first and see a c...  

...that the dial was so much deeper than the bezel. Can you comment on the overall difference in thickness between the two? As some here know, I too, am a big fan of J*D...  

tonight of the cases side by side to give you an idea of the thickness between the two watches. I will tell you that the Marine is substantially heavier then the RG Grande Seconds. Tony

You can see that the Marine is only slightly thicker than the regular Grande Seconds. As I said before the extra gold on the bezel makes the Marine much heavier but it is very comfortable to wear. Tony...  

I have never seen the Marine before actually, so quite a eyeopener for me. When you say heavy, I can just imagine the weight!! Thks for showing them Best, Horo

I got the rubber strap I ordered in the mail today and it looks great. Back when JD released this watch they did not have a rubber strap as an option yet. JD's OEM rubber strap looks nice but I prefer my straps on any watch not go all the way up to the ca...
