The Origine is the one I chose
I met Sylvain a couple of times and admire what he did back then when he sold his house to start a workshop. It was a big gamble for which I'm glad it is now working out for him. He now has a few watchmakers working with him. My Origine will be delivered in Q1 2026 and it will be in a unique dial colour. The titanium Origine in the image is not mine and belongs to another collector. I simply love his hand-finishing and the aesthetics front and back. I do prefer his finishing over the Signature 1 which I deliberated before I made my choice. The Origine is by the way 1/3 the price of the S1. It also helps Sylvain is one of the nicest watchmakers around, and his watch is as cool as him.

But of course you would have to see both watches in real life. Especially on the wrist. What I personally like better about the GF: the composition of the dial and the better crown size in relation to the case.
I like the oblique design of the GF,

Both are wonderful
But the signature 1 is a nearly perfect watch to me. I love everything about it. They trade for a very reasonable amount second hand by the way… would strongly consider going that route.
