Colin -- many thanks for weighing in here, and please accept my apology for rushing to your defense when obviously no help was needed!
Like you, I am a big fan of sharing the joy of my watches by having others handle and wear them (and of course it doesn't hurt if they return the favor). As far as display at a show, there's actually a direct analog in my case as in 2008 Kari displayed my Observatoire at the show in Vienna before shipping it to me -- with my blessing.
Which was really my point to begin with -- that it's all about the permission. Kudos to you for granting carte blanche in this case, because that watch is really a treasure! And thanks for stepping in to correct my (false) impression.

I just realized this watch is NOT a chrono though the sub dials had me thinking initially that the top is a minute counter and the bottom one an hour counter. Jack

the Bell & Ross is an unexpected diversion from the usual, others are what you'd expect from the brands, but still funky. thanks for all the time taken to do this FX best Graham
