Horological Meandering

So probably not a watch anymore will like here But since I have some kind of a disease that I simply can’t throw away any watch….. I know absolutely nothing about this Is it 50 years old or closer to 100 A stamp with 935 ?? 925 is silver no idea about 935...

Not nice polished but somehow they did the effort to make them rather sharp then rounded

Would u try to restore it? No idea of what 935 means. Is it a precious metal hallmark?
