I have the same problem too!!!
You're not the only one. I don't understand what's with Hublot but seems like this is only brand with this problem. I have my King Power Alinghi and my date is messed up too just like yours. Now my date switch to the next number at around 4 o'clock. A friend of mine with steel/carbon have this problem too with the date stucked.
I have own numerus of watches from other brands. Only Hublot have this problem. AD recommended me to send in for service, but I just can't bear to be without it for weeks...
