I am sorry to read about your problems and I agree with everyone here that this kind of things happens no matter what that brand. Knowing Hublots legendary service you will get it back sharpish fully fixed and working as it was meant to on the day it was created. As you can see by Amr responding to your message, Hublot take this seriously... post the same thing on nearly every other brand and I doubt you will see a response from the brand directly or the email of someone following it through for you!
Keep us posted and I look forward to seeing a picture when that beautiful watch is back on your wrist,
