No brand is PERFECT
I'm sorry to hear about your watches . Hublot is a very reliable company and they also produce very reliable watches. No brand is perfect, there are always going to be few exceptions and that is when 'customer service' comes in. I am sure if you just let Hublot know, they would do the best they can. If there is any company in this world that has never had a complain, let me know, it is almost impossible. None of the Hublot watch owners I know, have had an problem with their HUBLOT timepieces, your cases are obviously exceptions and a mistake that would be rectified soon I'm sure. The crown of UNICO has two positions. Position 1 is for the change of the date if you turn the crown Position 2 is to wind the watch up
