8-10 years ago there was a “kid” in Philly making watches with various coloured titanium dials and maybe cases too, it was anodized titanium.
He is a pen maker by trade, I don’t think the watches ever got enough traction. But they were visually pretty cool.

I call it "Guilloche Brulee" because the dials are literally torched like a creme brulee! Kind of interesting that watch dials are now torched and "blued" like blued screws are! ...

But a lot of Ming stuff doesn’t really do it for me in person vs pics. He’s maybe…too good a photographer.

At the very early Wind Up Watch Fairs he used to exhibit, pens (which he sold mostly in Japan) and watches.
My wife likes it. Says it is very pretty.
