This apparently was an edition created for TZ right after he sold the website to Ashford.com back then.
Still waiting to hear if he has any more info, there is a lot is water under the bridge since then, so I’m not sure if he remembers all the details.
I know I don’t have much memory for business events almost 20years ago😉
