Calling Habring owners

I'm considering a Habring jump seconds, and am pondering the size.  I don't have anything larger than 40mm, and generally wear 37mm, so I'm wondering if the normal 42mm Habring will be too big, especially as my wrists are relatively small at 7 3/4".  Do the lugs wrap around and make it wearable or is a watch for a wide wrist?

I've tried on a range of 42mm watches and the size seems do-able, but it's also clear that case and lug design and lug-to-lug dimensions can totally alter the apparent size and wearablility of watches that are nominally the same size.

For those who have the 36mm, does it wear large or small?

I'm think about the black-dialed version, and black dials seem to appear larger than silver or white, in my experience.
