charming with center seconds...i hope it is only the case which is LE, not the movement itself !

Well, they are some blue alloy.
Same color as in KV's other vingt-8 movements, but I don't know exactly what it is. Not Si, iirc.

Opinion
Nice watch. I prefer central seconds on a watch, so glad Voutilanen thinks about us. The back is also great, and the quick release strap makes the picture complete. Bravo!
There's always "what if", but I'm sure what you have is special.
Please share a new pic of it!
