It is difficult for an independent brand that produces so much internally with such little funding to remain solvent and with the funding from WB, they can remain functioning which is for me more important and I still think that the brand is making amazing products (while maybe a bit repetitive, they are still very beautiful) so long story short yes i agree lol

I would not say that ALS is on hype
In my opinion is the opposite (Odysseus is not included 😂). The quality of these watches is above a lot of different companies. I think the retail price is very reasonable, market... hmmm not at all 🙈

Print a picture of the Odysseus. Cut it out.
Laminate it for durability and water resistance. Wear it for a week. You’ll get over it. Then you’ll come to your senses and keep your amazing, rare and much more special DB. Just my $0.02

Odysseus does nothing for me. Maybe the ti version? Also make sure you can even get one. A lot of collectors getting cold shoulder from lange unless bundle.

I find the Odysseus tremendously banal, especially compared to the De Bethune.
But by all means, if you like the Lange more than the DB, then go for it. All that matters is preferences here. Cheers, John
