no "personal touches" from Journe??
Journe is no smarmy salesperson and he's very strong-minded, but he is huge on building relationships with his collectors. Not sure why you would think that's not the case. This is reflected in his company culture on the sales side. Walking into one of his boutiques is more like walking into a bar - completely the opposite of a high-pressure sales situation.
That said, you won't go wrong with either F.P. Journe or Lang & Heyne.
