Stephen Forsey steps down from company board

After more than 25 years of personal investment in the extraordinary adventure of creating exceptional watches, following strategic and management changes, the board of directors has regrettably disengaged me from my operations at Greubel Forsey and terminated my employment contract for May 31, 2026. I have since been liberated with immediate effect.
The aforementioned changes in the group and ongoing divergences have compelled me to make the difficult decision to resign from the boards of directors of Greubel Forsey SA and Greubel Forsey Holding SA, as well as those of the Timeaeon and Adenium foundations.
It has been an immense honour and pleasure to meet and work with so many wonderful and inspiring people. I would like to thank each and every one of you and hope to see you again very soon.

Wonder what you folks think it will mean for the future of the company and its watches? Will their watch values plummet? Company getting ready to be sold? Also isnt Stephen much younger than Robert Greubel - he is closer to retirement age? Whole thing see...

It's a crazy thing. I don't know what is going on behind the scenes but I have not been impressed with their direction since Calce joined and his joining seems to have been driven by Robert Greubel

Watching from the outside this seems to have really gotten started when Calce joined. He helped with the Richemont buyout adsorbing some of the share repurchase which then redistributed ownership across Greubel, Forsey, and Calce. Then Robert and Stephen ...
