Just a note the that Chronometre Contemporain dial is not in grand feu enamel but in vitreous enamel which is like a porcelain enamel. Please excuse my ignorance but I am not sure if both types of enamel differ a lot.  I too am taken by the platinum version although Rexhap has just emailed me to say that he can do the rose gold case with a white enamel dial too which could be very attractive. I have read SJX's blog and I hope this watch will be refined further by the time I get to try it on at Salon QP in London in November.

The Gronefeld is a proven watch and it can hold its own against almost any 3 handed watch.  Both the Rexhap and Gronefeld have one thing in common - supremely finished complex movements which does make me worry a little if I can get them serviced easily while living in a different continent from the watchmakers. The Credor however is unlikely to have any such issues.
