The Classic Traveller Globe Night Blue
While visiting Laurent Ferrier last February, I also tried on the Classic Traveller Globe Night Blue, ref. LCF012.G1.NGE10.

The white gold case measures 41 x 12.64 mm.

The center
miniature painting of the
continents cloaked in
opaque blue enamel and elevated by
intense specks of
enamelled gold is truly
beautiful.
However, I have to be
honest: I'm
not fond of the
two apertures:
date at
3 o'clock and
second time zone at
9 o'clock.

Also at
12.64 mm the case
isn't thin.

Here’s a view of the
two pushers on the
left side of the watch allowing the local hour hand to jump forward or backward in one-hour increments.

The
micro-rotor Calibre LF230.02 is beautiful, with its
guilloché rotor.

So, this watch is
nice and I can easily
understand anyone who feels
attracted to it.

But it's definitely
not a watch
for me: I much
prefer the
simplicity and
purity of the
regular Micro-rotor or of the
Tourbillon Double-Spiral.

But how do
you personally
feel about this
timepiece ?

Thanks for reading.
Best, Emmanuel
