But somehow, it is growing one me because it looks a bit outdated…. And for me, the older dial is more coherent with the look of the case, the lugs etc…
For me the earlier version is much more
elegant. The newer version is very busy and a bit crowded and not as refined. My son owns the 3751 and it’s lovely. Just my two cents

The first generation with the chrono (without Rattrapante) in WG and the second generation Rattrapante in platinum which is still in my collection. I personally prefer the second generation by far because of its excellent readability. ...

I always had a love hate relationship with the DaVinci .
Owned two of them but the reliability always causes me stress
I never had a problem with any of them.
All my IWC PCs have been super reliable. Only the chrono of my 3751 had to be repaired at one point. This was carried out by a certain Mr. Habring, who, to the best of my knowledge, developed the chronograph function for the Da Vinci.
