I like the IWC perpetual
I know it is based on the 7750 movement, but it looks beautifully finished and completely different when you open the case.
Mine is in the GST series, so waterproofed a bit and with macho styling versus the Da Vinci.
But it has been reliable and accurate and a beauty to wear.
