... IWC GST 3756 (sure, 3757 would be even better.... but too rare), although discontinued, you still can find one in the pre-owned market. Or, UN is good, I heard. Of course, Lange would be ideal, but a bit pricey....
Beauty of IWC is you wouldn't need to press many buttons. Just pull the crown once, adjust the date, and voila, you are all set including the moonphase. 4 digit year is great, too. Titanium one is really light and sporty.

I'm a little biased, but think that UN makes a wonderful perpetual that is easy to use. Can be had in lots of iterations, but here is mine. Not going to hold it's value like PP, but you can get a pretty good discount on them, or even buy it LNIB and solve...

I like IWC perpetual a lot but don't you think both IWC and JLC are behind AP as far as novelty in Perpetual is considered and is also a better perpetual timepiece?
