Finally! 🙏 (1. photo that my AD sent me yesterday) It's already arrived at my AD. I'll be able to pick it up next Tuesday. Since I haven't seen it in person yet, I've reserved the right not to take it if it doesn't sit well on my wrist or if I don't like ...  

Many watches have charmed me. Then when I saw it in the metal, it was not quite convincing enough! There is no substitute for tying it on first ! Keep us posted

The idea is definitely good, and the will and determination are strong. I'm curious to see if "the flesh is just as strong" and if I won't completely abandon all my resolutions once I have the good piece in front of me… 🤣

How did you like it?

The Platinum case shines beautifully. The frosted finish on the dial works well to provide enough contrast yet lets you see the details beyond. I really like the dial layout where you can actually read and grasp all of the calendar information presented. ...

I like the whole concept. It’s far more wearable than the Patek Caliber 89 or the Franck Mueller Aeternitas Mega 4. And IWC 52460 caliber only uses eight more parts than the „standard perpetual calendar“ designed by Kurt Klaus. The case has a WR of 5 bar....

And I also find it very fascinating that the IWC Eternal won the GPHG award last year. ...  

given the tough competition, it still surprised me. The Helio Tourbillon Perpetual from JLC, for example, is also a stunner… ...

I think IWC has done a great job with the new range of Portuguese models last year. I find the black Obsidian and the Dune models particularly attractive. As for the blue version—as beautiful as it is—I'm not sure if it's truly timeless.
