Are you sure that the scratch on the ceramic is not just the material of what ever you hit with the watch???

Well, the foreign material doesn't rub off, and I suspect it's a scratch on the ceramic itself.

I got brave one day and hit the scratch with a Scotchbrite pad and Cape Cod cloth. It took a lot of elbow grease, but I eventually erased the scratch. My case is polished ceramic though, not the Titanium/ceramic material.
