Goris Verburg, General Manager of IWC South East Asia greeted the guests and gave a brief introduction of the Portuguese family.

After which the  IWC's new film about the history of navigation with Jean Reno - "The Spirit of Navigation" was shown.

After the film, dinner was ready to serve ...

Guests helping themselves to the wide variety of dishes ...

Next up, a performance of dance to illustrate the two of the elements that made up navigation - Precision and Trust  featured in the film by Jean Reno.

The first play, balancing the balls to demonstrate "Precision,  as the act required acute precision so the ball would not roll off the body of the performer.

Next, two dancers to exhibit Trust.  The dancers tossed each other around in various positions, and to perform it so smoothly with grace, the trust between them must be very strong.

Thanking the performers, the emcee once again called Goris to the stage ...

Goris announced the launch of the Portuguese Yacht Club ....

And the contraption hidden inside the IWC stand (in front of the stage) raised ....
