Last week, 3 November was the IWC Day to launch the Portuguese Yacht Club at the Marina at Keppel Bay in Singapore after the launch in Kuala Lumpur. The reason I mentioned 'day', was indeed it was a full day, started from afternoon 2:30pm till 9pm. Turnou...

Hi Respo Thanks for the kind words. If I remembered correctly, Goris should be wearing the beautiful Portuguese Automatic 7-day power reserve White dial with blued hands. The Jubilee piece very likely a 'museum'. Will counter-check, perhaps for sale! Kong...

1. Portuguese Yacht Club Chronograph has a power reserve of 68 hours 2. IWC was founded in 1868 3. Kong was born exactly 100 years later, in 1968...=P Thus, my 3 great reasons why 68 is used. HAGWE!!!

the answers are 1) the original yacht club was appeared in the 1968 catalogue for the first time and 2) the original yacht club houses the famous caliber 89, a 12 ligne handwinding movement developed by IWC's best mind Albert Pellaton, if i am not wrong,....

We all know 168 is one of the favorite numbers for Chinese because it means prosper all the way. But with the IWC Portuguese Yacht Club it has association to numbers 6 and 8 due to it's power reserve. Now where is the number 1? It's actually the first let...
